What's up with our Shop?

We staff our service department with technicians that are factory-trained on all the latest products we sell as well as most brands sold by others. We offer priority one-day service to all commercial clients and strive to keep all residential service to a 7 day turnaround at peak season. The months of April, May, and June create the greatest back log of appointments, so please schedule routine service at off-peak times whenever possible. Please contact or Service Manager in advance for priority service or any other special requests.

How do Appointments work?

Our service department operates on an appointment basis, similar to a medical office. We ask that you call in advance to schedule service work, as our capacity for equipment storage is limited during peak times. Walk-ins will be scheduled at our next available appointment slot, according to our priority guidelines. Priority is as follows: Commercial turf equipment sold by Power Zone-All Seasons, including Exmark, Toro, and Gravely, will receive priority service striving for one-day turn-around. Next, any product originally sold by either Power Zone or All Seasons, will be receive priority service striving for a maximum seven day turn-around. All other service work will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis, unless prior arrangements have been made with our Service Manager.

How do Estimates work?

Upon request, an estimate will be provided on all service work, before any repairs are actually completed. We will provide this estimate as part of our service package and you will only be responsible for the diagnostic free if you choose not to repair a unit after receiving an estimate. Our diagnostic fee begins at $28.00 and may vary by make and model. Additional fees will be disclosed in advance for specialty jobs, such as transmissions repairs and rebuilds. If a machine is disassembled to provide and estimate, it will be returned in its disassembled state, unless you request reassembly. Diagnostic fees do not include reassembly time.

What additional services do we offer?

We provide many services on a while-you-wait basis including, but not limited to the following:

  • chain sharpening (limit two while waiting), next day service on larger quantities
  • tire/tube installation on wheels that are removed from machine
  • starter recoil repair on two-cycle equipment (machine must be in running condition)
  • blade sharpening
  • saw bar resurfacing
  • on-site service for stand-by generators
  • 1 day service guarantee on Exmark, Toro, and Gravely commercial equipment
  • loaner program for Exmark, Toro, and Gravely
  • equipment pick up & delivery (fees based on mileage to your location)
  • rental available on several specialty items, such as chippers, stump grinders, bed edgers, and pole saws. Call for current rates. Limited availability.
